Free Next Day Delivery in Midland-Odessa Area

We offer free local delivery in the Midland-Odessa Area. Please call our office at (800) 333-7052 to determine if you are within our local delivery area. All orders placed prior to 5 PM CST will be delivered the following business day. An additional charge may apply for the delivery and/or assembly of furniture.

 

Shipping 

For our customers located outside of our local delivery area, we have warehouses across the United States and can ship from these locations throughout the country. All orders placed prior to 3:00 PM CST will ship the same day for next day delivery. All orders are shipped via UPS and must not be routed to a post office box. Upon request, Total Office Solution of West Texas can ship using other freight companies to ensure that your delivery is prompt and problem-free. Call Total Office Solution of West Texas (800) 333-7052 with special delivery requests, and we will do our best to assemble a logistics package to match your needs.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full credit within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, a 30% restocking fee will apply. All returns must be in their original packaging, unless the item is defective. A credit will be issued to your next invoice, or we will send you a corrected invoice. A credit memo can be issued upon request.

To return an item, send an email to info@totalofficesolution.biz or call our office at (800) 333-7052 and request that the item be picked up (or request return instructions for customers outside of our local delivery area). Returns are usually picked up within 24 hours. PLEASE NOTE THAT SPECIAL ORDERS AND CONSUMABLES ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
